Guests are greeted at the port and boarded into comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles for round-trip transportation. The journey to Azul Restaurant will take them through the scenic beauty of Roatán, with views of the lush island landscape and coastal beauty.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by the chef who will introduce the island's rich history, from the indigenous peoples to the African slaves and the island’s Afro-Caribbean culture.
