* Guests must wear a life jacket during the boat ride.
* Guests must know how to swim.
* Minimum age – 10 years. Maximum weight – 260 lbs.
* For safety reasons, pregnant women and guests with back or neck injuries, and heart or respiratory conditions, may not participate in this excursion.
* The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years old.
* This tour is not accessible by wheelchair. Guests must be able to take steps to get on and off the boats and must be able to swim confidently in open waters.
